Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

As we provide digital products only, here are the certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted:
1) Full Refund
If we are not able to deliver you, your digital product within 7 working days. You may ask for a full refund (Base amount, excluding tax)  Please raise a request on info@anemative.com, along with your payment id. If you receive the product post 7 days, and you have not raised any refund request yet, we can’t take any refund request thereafter.

2) Partial Refund
If you want to cancel your order before the digital product is delivered to your mail id, we can refund upto 50% of the base amount(Amount without tax).  Please raise a request on info@anemative.com, along with your payment id. If you have already received the product, we can’t take any refund request thereafter.   

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

User’s responsibility:

1) As we deliver only digital products, please cross check that the email id which you provided at the time of purchase is correct. Incase of wrong email id, no refund will be awarded.

2) Due to different inbox setting, it may happen that our mail may go in your spam folder. Please crosscheck your all mail folders. In case our records shows that we have already mailed you the product, yet you have not received it, we can resend it to your mail box. The timing of our mail records will be used as reference while processing refunds.

3) All interaction will be done through mails, so be sure you input a correct mail.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
